This arts and crafts pewter pitcher is entirely hand hammered out of pewter. There is a rattan wrap around the handle which indicates that this was used for tea or coffee. The piece is marked on the bottom, ROUNDHEAD PEWTER MADE IN ENGLAND with a picture of a mans head. The lid is hinged for pouring.It was probably made circa 1930-1940. The condition is excellent some light scuff marks and scratches.The pitcher is made of heavy gauge pewter and weighs 1 lb 9 ounces. The measurements are 8 inches high by 5 inches wide.
