This diminutive cupboard is crafted with the same attention to detail as a full size one. Made of oak, there are square nails throughout, the shelves are mortised into the sides, the sides are grooved in the back so that the back board is flush. There is a molding around the top. There are 2 drawers which retain their original brass pulls. There is a nice patina to it. There is a crack in the backboard and a small chip on the left rear corner of the top, very superficial. The piece measures 11 1/2 inches tall by 8 1/2 inches wide,by 6 inches deep. I estimate that this piece dates back to circa 1880.
